How to ask for a refund

Email us at support@petsbestlife.com within the 60 days with your order number, and we'll refund you to your original payment method.

Subscriptions

You can skip a shipment, change your dog's size, pause or cancel anytime in your account. Cancelling stops future orders.

Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, email us with your order number and a photo, and we'll make it right.
